Retos de la movilidad autónoma en el ámbito policial

Los vehículos autónomos están transformando la movilidad, lo que tiene implicaciones para la labor policial; sin embargo, se ha prestado poca atención a la preparación organizativa. Este estudio examina el grado de preparación de la Policía de Dubái para integrar vehículos policiales autónomos (APV). Mediante una encuesta realizada al personal policial y una revisión bibliográfica, evalúa el grado de concienciación, la aceptación, los beneficios percibidos y las preocupaciones. Los resultados muestran que la adopción no solo depende de la capacidad tecnológica, sino también de la coherencia entre la concienciación de la organización, los marcos de gobernanza y la capacidad institucional. El estudio contribuye a la investigación emergente sobre la movilidad autónoma al destacar el papel de los factores organizativos e institucionales a la hora de facilitar el despliegue responsable de los sistemas autónomos en contextos de seguridad pública.
