Introduction

Urban creativity lies at the heart of contemporary cultural and social dynamics, serving as a catalyst for the transformation of cities and communities. This monograph explores a wide range of interdisciplinary approaches, spanning from the impact of temporary art and design exhibitions on urban perception to the relationship between experimental cinema and the poetic representation of metropolises. Key topics include informational inclusion in digital environments, the social impact of place marketing, and the importance of strategic and creative territorial planning for sustainable development.

Through case studies and theoretical analysis, this monograph aims to provide a comprehensive view of how creative, visual, and narrative practices contribute to the construction of urban and cultural identities, highlighting the interplay between the local and the global, the historical and the contemporary. The objective is to generate a dialogue that inspires new ways of addressing the challenges faced by creative cities in the 21st century.
