Resumen

Las ciudades se promocionan como inclusivas, pero ¿esa etiqueta refleja un compromiso real con la justicia social o una estrategia de city branding? Esta revisión de alcance (PRISMA-ScR) deconstruye el concepto de «ciudad inclusiva» en tres dimensiones: teórico-conceptual, práctica o de mercado, y tecnológica, centrada en la inteligencia artificial generativa. Los hallazgos muestran que el modelo teórico de ciudad inclusiva es incompatible tanto con la lógica del city branding como con su representación algorítmica. El marketing urbano instrumentaliza las diversidades comercializables, generando efectos de diversity washing, mientras que la IA generativa amplifica sesgos y produce una iconografía de inclusión despolitizada, diversidad artificial y ausencia de comunidad y autenticidad. En este marco, la «inclusividad algorítmica» consolida una racionalidad de mercado bajo apariencia de inclusión.
