The Publicatessen festival was born from an educational innovation project with the aim of exposing fourth-year students of the Advertising and Public Relations degree at the University of Valladolid, Segovia Campus, to situations they will encounter in the professional world.
One of the departments that makes up the festival's organization is the Corporate Social Responsibility, whose role is to showcase the festival’s social side, its commitment to society, and particularly to the city of Segovia, where the project takes place.
The study consists of a case analysis that presents the various non-profit activities carried out by the students during the 2024–2025 academic year. Additionally, through a focus group, the participants’ experiences and learnings have been explored in depth.
