Indicadores clave para ciudades creativas y resilientes

Resumen

La transición hacia ciudades creativas y resilientes requiere modelos de gobernanza que integren innovación social, sostenibilidad ambiental y diseño urbano inclusivo. Este estudio adopta el paradigma del vitalismo urbano como marco integrador, operacionalizando cinco dimensiones clave —espacio urbano, gobernanza, inclusión social, sostenibilidad ambiental y resiliencia económica— en indicadores alineados con agendas urbanas globales. A partir de encuestas a jóvenes millennials, se examina cómo estas dimensiones configuran la percepción de la ciudad del futuro. Los resultados muestran que el nivel educativo y el lugar de residencia influyen en prioridades como infraestructuras, espacios verdes, gobernanza participativa y oportunidades económicas. La innovación social aparece como un eje transversal que potencia resiliencia y satisfacción ciudadana. El trabajo ofrece recomendaciones para diseñar ciudades ambientalmente responsables, competitivas, inclusivas y culturalmente vibrantes.
