Estrategia visual y engagement en la cuenta de Berlín

Resumen

En el contexto de la transformación de la comunicación turística en redes sociales, TikTok se ha consolidado como plataforma clave para proyectar la identidad urbana de los destinos. Este estudio analiza la estrategia narrativa de la cuenta oficial de turismo de Berlín (@visit_berlin) mediante el análisis de contenido de 93 vídeos publicados entre agosto de 2022 y marzo de 2024. Se codificaron variables cuantitativas (likes, comentarios, compartidos, guardados, visualizaciones) y cualitativas (espacios urbanos, temporalidad, protagonistas humanos, elementos promocionales, tono narrativo). Los resultados indican que las escenas cotidianas, los espacios simbólicos no monumentales y los entornos diurnos generan mayor interacción. En cambio, el contenido promocional explícito y las escenas nocturnas reducen el engagement. La estrategia de Visit Berlin se orienta hacia una narrativa post-convencional que presenta la ciudad como experiencia vivida, apelando a la autenticidad, diversidad cultural y estética urbana alternativa. Se ofrecen recomendaciones para destinos que buscan conectar con públicos
