AI Based Digital banking channels have expanded rapidly across both advanced and emerging economies, yet the extent to which this expansion translates into genuine financial inclusion remains contested, and appears to depend heavily on the financial literacy of the populations being reached. This study empirically investigates the relationships among digital banking adoption, financial literacy, and financial inclusion, and tests whether financial inclusion itself moderates the effect of digital financial technology (FinTech) use on household economic sustainability. Drawing on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the Diffusion of Innovation framework, and the capability approach to financial inclusion, we develop and test an integrated conceptual model in which financial literacy and financial inclusion act as antecedents of usage intention alongside effort expectancy, performance expectancy and social influence, extended with perceived security and government support as contextual drivers relevant to central bank digital currency (CBDC) adoption.....
