The study is carried out in communities of the Bajo Cauca region in Colombia, with the purpose of preserving and transmitting ancestral knowledge and artisanal practices of beekeeping to children between 6 and 10 years of age, who are growing up in territories severely affected by forced displacement, illegal mining, and violence. The initiative seeks to strengthen intergenerational transfer and ensure the long-term sustainability of the beekeeping value chain by integrating cultural traditions with creative learning experiences that position children as key agents of change. The strategy combines the systematization of traditional practices, the design of play-based formative spaces, and the development of educational materials enriched with artistic and narrative expressions. This approach not only facilitates the acquisition of technical skills but also fosters a strong sense of identity and belonging to the territory, recognizing tradition as a resource for social cohesion.
