This article aims to provide a vision of Valladolid as a creative city, a city of film, and the city of the SEMINCI Festival (the "International Film Week"). This information is available on a wide range of aspects. However, it also provides a perspective on the festival's advertising and image, conveyed through its posters and its creative work. These posters are not just images but also meanings, ideas that the public perceives as part of the image of the film festival and of the city itself as the setting for this event. Therefore, this article presents a vision of Seminci and its significance, based on the advertising poster and its creators and directors.
