Estéticas emergentes en la comunicación universitaria en Instagram y TikTok

Resumen

Las redes sociales visuales se han consolidado como espacios estratégicos de comunicación para las universidades. Paralelamente, la inteligencia artificial generativa está transformando los procesos de producción de contenidos digitales. El presente estudio analiza la relación entre el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa en publicaciones visuales institucionales y los niveles de interacción de las audiencias en redes sociales universitarias. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo–correlacional basado en el análisis de 420 publicaciones. Los resultados muestran diferencias significativas en los niveles de engagement entre contenidos con y sin uso de inteligencia artificial, así como relaciones estadísticas entre las principales métricas de interacción.
