Digital Preservation

In its commitment to society and the digital preservation of the scientific knowledge, the journal VISUAL Review uses LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), technology managed by Stanford University. With this tool, an archive is created and distributed among the collaborator libraries, in order to ensure a back-up copy of the journal content and the permanent and safe access to it, in case the journal stops being published.

In the following link, it is possible to consult the LOCKSS Publisher Manifest for VISUAL REVIEW. International Visual Culture Review: https://visualcompublications.es/revVISUAL/gateway/lockss

Additionally, in compliance with R.D. 635/2015 of July 10 regulating the legal deposit of online publications, the journal deposits a copy of each issue in the Legal Deposit of the National Library of Spain.
