Experiencias audiovisuales aplicadas en cuestionarios de factores de riesgo psicosocial e inteligencia emocional

La investigación se centra en la evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial y de inteligencia emocional mediante experiencias audiovisuales. El objetivo de este enfoque es comprender cómo las experiencias audiovisuales afectan la percepción y gestión de los factores de riesgo psicosocial, así como el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional de los individuos. Se estudiarán diversos tipos de contenidos audiovisuales, como películas, programas de televisión o vídeos online, para analizar su impacto en la salud mental y el bienestar emocional de las personas. El estudio enfatiza la importancia de reconocer y resolver los factores de riesgo psicosocial, así como promover el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional como herramienta para mejorar la resiliencia y superar situaciones estresantes. Se espera que los resultados de este estudio proporcionen información valiosa para desarrollar intervenciones y programas de salud mental que utilicen experiencias audiovisuales como herramientas efectivas para la evaluación y el desarrollo emocional.
