Resumen

Esta investigación estudia el uso de las redes sociales en la formación e-learning para profesionales de la logística. Los resultados muestran que las redes sociales son bien valoradas por su capacidad para construir redes profesionales, facilitar el acceso a contenidos educativos y contribuir al desarrollo de competencias digitales. Entre las redes más destacadas se encuentran WhatsApp, LinkedIn y YouTube, debido a su eficacia en la comunicación. Los participantes consideran positivo el uso de estas herramientas, que emplean en su ámbito profesional, como apoyo en el contexto académico para mejorar la comunicación y el aprendizaje en entornos e-learning. Este estudio aporta una perspectiva innovadora, dado que la formación en el ámbito de la logística ha sido escasamente explorada, subrayando la relevancia de investigar y aprovechar estas herramientas en un sector crucial para la economía global.
