La cultura audiovisual puede ser tanto un obstáculo como un aliado en la lucha contra las enfermedades cardiovasculares y metabólicas, conforme avanzamos hacia un futuro cada vez más digitalizado, es crucial aprovechar el poder de los medios de comunicación para fomentar una cultura de prevención y autocuidado, empoderando a las personas para que tomen decisiones informadas y positivas sobre su salud y bienestar; los mexicanos enfrentan un alto riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares debido a una alta prevalencia de factores de riesgo como la obesidad, debido a sus estilos de vida poco saludables.
