Efectividad de las políticas públicas en los servicios de seguridad pública por vídeo digital

El objetivo es analizar la efectividad de las políticas públicas de los servicios de seguridad ciudadana por video digital, en las categorías de políticas públicas y seguridad ciudadana por video digital. La investigación es básica y cualitativa, el diseño es fenomenológico, se aplicó una entrevista, la muestra es de 10 trabajadores y 30 de la población de Andahuaylas, para hacer un estudio interno y externo. Los resultados revelaron que, hay importancia por parte de la municipalidad para abordar desafíos de seguridad ciudadana con la colaboración, intercambio de conocimientos, se identificaron canales de atención y se evidencia como herramienta clave el uso del video digital, sin embargo, hay una falta de conocimiento de la población.
