Hábitos de estudio basados en recursos audiovisuales como mediadores del rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios

Resumen

Los recursos audiovisuales como las imágenes visuales y los videojuegos ayudan a mejorar diversas áreas académicas de los estudiantes, especialmente en los hábitos de estudio, aspecto asociado al rendimiento académico. Esta investigación pretendía determinar en qué medida los hábitos de estudio basados en recursos audiovisuales funcionan como mediadores del rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios. Para ello, se trabajó con una muestra de 287 estudiantes universitarios de entre 16 y 25 años, a quienes se administraron dos cuestionarios que evalúan hábitos de estudio y la percepción del rendimiento académico. Los análisis indicaron correlaciones significativas, del mismo modo el modelo propuesto sobre hábitos de estudio basado en recursos audiovisuales mejora las condiciones de rendimiento académico. Este estudio resalta utilizar estrategias y medios audiovisuales para mejorar los hábitos de estudio en los estudiantes y de esta manera los universitarios tengan un mayor rendimiento en las actividades académicas, logrando sus propósitos y futuro profesional.
