Poetry is a highly attractive literary genre for Early Elementary Students due to its musicality and rhythm, improving language development and the literacy process. In this intervention project, the work with poetry is implemented in these first years, recovering essential figures of Spanish Children’s Poetry, such as Gloria Fuertes. Throughout her poems and other poets, the child will discover the keys of poetry and he will familiarise himself with the task of literacy, developing reading habits.
