Resumen

Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática y bibliométrica (2010-2025) del «invierno demográfico», definido como la disminución de la fertilidad y el envejecimiento de la población. Utilizando el protocolo PRISMA y herramientas como VOSviewer, se analizaron bases de datos como Scopus y Dimensions. El estudio revela un predominio de los enfoques cuantitativos y una inclusión limitada de las perspectivas culturales y de género. Las teorías demográficas tradicionales son insuficientes, destacando la importancia de la autonomía individual, los valores posmaterialistas y los roles de género. Entre los temas clave se incluyen el envejecimiento, la política familiar y la migración. El estudio concluye con la necesidad de una investigación interdisciplinaria y de políticas públicas integrales que aborden los retos demográficos con especial atención a lo regional y cultural.
